About Us

"CS Kundan Kumar is a practicing company secretary with expertise in corporate law, governance, and compliance matters in India. He holds multiple qualifications, including certifications as a POSH Trainer, an MBA, and an LL.B., and is also experienced in financial consulting, IBC/NCLT matters, GST practice, and general corporate advisory services.

He is also a respected faculty member at the Patna Chapter of the Eastern India Regional Council of ICSI, where he contributes to the professional education of aspiring company secretaries. In addition to his leadership in company secretarial practice, he actively mentors start-up ventures and incubation centers at prominent institutions such as Bihar Industries Association, NIT Patna, IIT Patna, and CIMP Patna, continuously broadening his professional footprint and guidance in the entrepreneurial ecosystem.

CS Kundan Kumar is a Fellow member of ICSI and serving as a Practicing Company Secretary since April 2018 in the area of Corporate Laws, Taxation Laws, Banking, Finance and FEMA etc. He is Proprietor of Kundan & Associates (Practicing Company Secretaries), Patna. He has completed his MBA in Financial Management from Nagpur University in 2013 and also completed LLB in 2018 from Bihar University, Muzaffarpur. He has wide experience under various organizations like Infosys Ltd., Gurugram, Capital via Global Research Ltd., Indore etc. He is also mentoring various Start-ups& Incubation Centre of BIA Patna, &NIT Patna, IIT Patna & CIMP Patna. He is continuously working in the area of NCLT Practices like IBC matters, Merger, Amalgamation, Takeover etc.

From last seven and half years he is also serving as a faculty member of ICSI Patna Chapter, BIPARD Patna, BSDM. He is also Managing Committee member of Patna Chapter of EIRC, of ICSI.

He is member of Bihar Industries Association since 2023 and member of Confederation of Indian Industries (CII) respectively.
