CS Kundan Kumar

(FCS, MBA & LLB)

CS Kundan Kumar is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and has been practicing as a Company Secretary since April 2018. He is the Proprietor of Kundan & Associates, a Patna-based firm specializing in Corporate Laws, Taxation, Banking, Finance, and FEMA-related matters. He is also a Certified PoSH Trainer and member of Confederation of Indian Industries (CII). He holds an MBA in Financial Management from Nagpur University and an LL.B. from Bihar University, Muzaffarpur. His professional journey includes valuable experience with reputed organizations such as Infosys Ltd., Gurugram, and CapitalVia Global Research Ltd., Indore.

With over eight years of professional practice as a Practicing Company Secretary, he has been actively engaged in Company Incorporation, LLP Formation, ROC Filing, Adjudication before ROC & RD, Appearance before NCLT-related matters including IBC cases, mergers, amalgamations, revival of Companies, Oppression mismanagement and takeovers etc. He also mentors of various startups associated with BIA Patna, NIT Patna, IIT Patna, and CIMP Patna. Beyond his practice, CS Kundan Kumar serves as a faculty member at ICSI Patna Chapter, BSDM, and BIPARD, and acts as a financial trainer and guest faculty for management institutions.

He is also member of Managing Committee of Patna Chapter of ICSI of EIRC since 2025.

Sonam Singh holds degree of Master of Commerce (M.Com) from IGNOU (Indira Gandhi National Open University). She has acquired massive expertise in legal compliances, other statutory and regulatory filings and legal procedures. She holds experiences of working with different legal firms and institutions and performing all the roles and responsibilities with due diligence. She holds strong expertise in milestones under Companies Act, 2013, including shifting of registered office from one state to another state, conversion of one form of company into another, conversion of LLP into company, liasoning with Government authorities.

Natwar Mishra

(M.COM)

Natwar Kr. Mishra holds a degree of Master of Commerce (M.Com) from Lalit Narayan Mithila University, Darbhanga (Bihar). He is currently working as an Account Manager at Kundan & Associates, with over 8 years of professional experience in the field of Accounts and Finance. He have strong expertise in Tally ERP 9, Tally Prime, and Tally Cloud, along with extensive knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, EPFO, ESIC, and Tender-related work. His responsibilities includes maintaining financial records, preparing and finalizing Balance Sheets and Profit & Loss Accounts, and ensuring all statutory and regulatory compliances to be met on time. He is also experienced in handling all types of business registrations, reconciliations, and documentation processes. He possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and committed to accuracy, transparency, and efficiency in every aspect of his work. With a dedicated and detail-oriented approach, he aimed to contribute to the growth and success of the organization through effective financial management.

Khushi Kedia

Khushi Kedia is CS (Company Secretary) Professional Exam qualified currently working as a CS Management Trainee as per ICSI Guidelines at Kundan & Associates. With a strong foundation in corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory affairs, she is developing hands-on expertise in company law, secretarial practices, and legal documentation. She is dedicated to continuous learning and aims to contribute meaningfully to the field of corporate compliance and advisory services.
