Annual Return Certification (Form MGT-8)
Every listed company and unlisted companies with a paid-up capital of ₹ 10 Crore or more or turnover of ₹ 50 Crore or more must have their Annual Return certified by a PCS (Practicing Company Secretary).
- Our Role: We conduct a comprehensive "mini-audit" of your company’s records for the financial year.

Director’s KYC Certification (DIR-3 KYC)
Under the new triennial (3-year) KYC rules effective from March 31, 2026, the role of professional verification has become more targeted.

- The Goal: To ensure that the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) database remains accurate, preventing DIN deactivation and potential penalties of ₹ 5,000.

Secretarial Audit Report (Form MR-3)
Mandatory for listed companies and large public companies, the Secretarial Audit is a tool for "Total Compliance Management". A deep dive audit of a company’s compliance with all applicable laws. While technically as an audit report, it serves as a high-level compliance certification for larger companies under Section 204 of the Companies Act, 2013.
- Applicability: Every Listed companies and public companies having share capital of ₹ 50 Crore or more or turnover ₹ 250 Crore or more.
- Our Role: We examine the company's compliance with not just the Companies Act, but also SEBI Laws, FEMA, and industry-specific regulations (like Labour or Environmental laws).
- The Goal: To detect non-compliances early and safeguard the Board of Directors from "vicarious liability."
Annual Secretarial Compliance Report
For listed entities, Regulation 24A of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 mandates an annual report focused specifically on SEBI compliance.

Corporate Governance Certification
A primary requirement for listed companies under Schedule V of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
