About the Proprietor

CS Kundan Kumar, Proprietor of Kundan & Associates, is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and has been serving as a Practicing Company Secretary for over eight years.

He is a Member of the Managing Committee of the Patna Chapter of EIRC of ICSI since 2025 and a Member of the Bihar Industries Association since 2023. In addition, he contributes as a Faculty Member at the Patna Chapter of ICSI, BSDM, BIPARD and actively mentors several startups and incubation centres at Bihar Industries Association, NIT Patna, IIT Patna, and CIMP Patna.
